Participate, Karingal’s Day Service is seeking a dedicated, experienced and suitably qualified disability professional to join the management team. The Development Manager is responsible for the provision of effective leadership and management in the design, development and implementation of high quality creative, flexible and person-centered Youth Programs. This position is integral to achieving the best possible outcomes for young people with disabilities, both within the community and across our numerous sites and program areas.
In addition to relevant qualification, successful applicants must demonstrate significant experience in a management/coordination role in the community sector and a drivers license. Please see below for position description detailing responsibilities and key selection criteria.
The position is based in Geelong and covers regions of Barwon and Colac. An attractive salary and fully maintained vehicle will be offered to the successful candidate.
