MatchWorks is a dynamic and highly successful Employment Services provider, seeking a motivated, energetic and experienced Business Development Professional to join our Job Services Australia team as Employer Services Consultant. Job Services Australia helps eligible job seekers by providing individually tailored assistance to develop pathways into sustainable employment.
The role of Employer Services Consultant is to build lasting relationships with local businesses/employers and job seekers in order to obtain and maintain meaningful and ongoing employment opportunities for job seekers using techniques such as;
-Marketing our employment services to employers;
-Reverse Marketing job seekers to employers;
-Cold calling and telemarketing;
-Job creation
To be successful in this rewarding role, applicants must demonstrate a proven aptitude for reverse marketing, cold calling and customer relationship management. High level communication skills and computer literacy will also be essential.
